What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Project Engineer , you’ll work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure smooth execution of this large-scale design-build project. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Execution & Coordination – Oversee contracts, schedules, materials, and equipment to keep the project moving efficiently.
• Financial Management – Manage billing, cash flow, and change orders with precision.
• Team Collaboration – Work hand-in-hand with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to troubleshoot challenges and optimize workflows.
• Regulatory Compliance – Ensure all permits, documentation, and project reports meet quality and safety standards.
• Project Closeout – Wrap up the project seamlessly, delivering outstanding results.

This is a dynamic, high-impact role for an engineering professional who thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment while juggling technical, financial, and team responsibilities.

What You Bring:

• Education – B.S. in Civil Engineering or a related field (Construction Engineering & Management focus preferred).
• Experience – 3-5 years in heavy civil roadway or highway construction , ideally with a contractor. Experience on projects $30M+ is a strong plus.
• Technical Skills – Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Primavera 6 scheduling software .
• Communication – Strong written and verbal skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
• Bonus Points – Previous experience on design-build projects will set you apart!
• Authorized – to work in the US without work visa sponsorship. OPTs and H1Bs not available.
