Job Description

We are partnered with a Global Manufacturing organization focused on supplying the Life Science and Process Industries critical product solutions. 

We are searching for a QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER  for a role developing, implementing and delivering quality standards while achieving operational goals.

Salary is $130-165k and excellent benefits. This is a new facility and outstanding team. 

We are focused on a candidate with:

• Recognizable people skills to lead, mentor, coach and inspire a direct report team of 6-8 and indirect quality inspectors in the Value Stream. 
• A person who is customer focused with a 0 defect mentality. 
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Science focus
• Medical Device, Military, Aerospace, Biopharmaceutical or Semiconductor industry experience
• A proven driver and doer.
• Experience with implementing Quality Management Systems; AS9100, 13485, ISO14001, ISO13485 preferred
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt or in process of earning it
• Quality Management experience of 3 years +
• Experience with clean room certification preferred
• Experience with compliance standards; REACH, RoHS
• Skilled in 8D methodology, 6 Sigma

The Quality and Compliance Manager will be focused on:

• Quality Assurance
• Compliance oversight
• Process Improvement
• Data Analysis
• Traning and Development
• Supplier Management
• Customer and External Audits
• Documentation and Reporting
• Collaboration with Global Quality Team and Supply Quality leads and working close with Value Stream Managers advising on Quality matters to achieve zero defect and right first time.
