WHAT CAN RELIAS OFFER YOU?
The Product Marketing Intern will support the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment by developing impactful case studies that empower the sales team. The intern will analyze historical data from current customers to identify compelling success stories and translate them into persuasive sales enablement assets. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in market research, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced marketing environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Case study development
o Identify and prioritize customer success stories by analyzing internal sales data, customer feedback, and retention trends.
o Conduct interviews with sales representatives, account managers, and clients to gather insights for case studies.
o Craft well-structured case studies that highlight customer challenges, solutions, and measurable outcomes to support the SMB sales team.
o Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure case studies align with brand messaging and visual guidelines.
Market & Data Analysis
o Leverage internal tools to assess product adoption, customer segments, and market trends to inform case study selection.
o Gather qualitative and quantitative data from internal teams to enhance storytelling and improve sales effectiveness.
o Support the Product Marketing team in optimizing sales enablement assets based on feedback and performance metrics.
Other Marketing Support
o Assist in the development of additional sales collateral, such as one-pagers, presentations, and sales enablement resources.
o Participate in internal meetings with sales, client success, and marketing teams to stay informed on strategic priorities.
o Perform other duties as assigned to support marketing initiatives.

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and customer insights.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAD:
• Previous internship or coursework in product marketing, content marketing, or sales enablement.
• Experience conducting interviews or writing case studies, blogs, or marketing collateral.
• Knowledge of B2B SaaS or SMB marketing strategies
