Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of Physician Assistant services in primary and specialty medical care
• Deliver quality care for patients in a Patient Centered Medical Home clinic
• Act as a patient advocate and educate patients and families on health outcomes
• Collaborate with staff agencies to improve patient care delivery
• Support research activities and assess health needs of individuals and populations

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current PA license and certification
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in primary care or family health preferred
