Flight Attendant Responsibilities:
Perform duties as assigned by the pilot-in-command.
Direct and provide emergency assistance for passengers when necessary.
Administer basic first aid, CPR, and use AED on passengers and other crew in distress.
Conduct aircraft pre-flight procedures and ensure all safety, galley and cabin equipment are ready for flight.
Ensure passenger briefing meets or exceeds FAA regulations.
Follow company checklists for aircraft pre/post flight procedures.
Adhere to company policies and procedures found in the Flight Operations Manual (FOM), Standard Operating Procedures Manual (SOP), and all Corporate policy manuals.
Provide exceptional in-flight service.
Clean and ready the aircraft cabin and all storage bins.
Maintain galley stores and cabin supplies.
Submit in a timely fashion all required company paperwork, timesheets, and receipts when required for corporate purchases.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Training Requirements:
Flight Attendant specific training from FlightSafety, FACTs, or similar is preferred.
Candidates without formal Flight Attendant training will be considered based on other qualifications but must attend an initial flight attendant training course prior to flight assignment.
Preference given to candidates who have completed FlightSafety, FACTs, or similar training within the past 12 months.
Experience Requirements:
A high school diploma and at least 1 year of previous Corporate Flight Attendant experience, or any experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant for an airline or commercial carrier.
Other Requirements/Preferences:
Must be able to lift/move up to 62 pounds to:
remove emergency exit window
bring passenger baggage into aircraft via the baggage door
launch life raft in emergency situations
Must have valid U.S. drivers license
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Must be able to stand for long periods of time while completing Flight Attendant duties.
Must be able to perform emergency evacuation procedures when needed.
Food Handling and Culinary Training preferred.
In Flight medical Training (CPR/AED/BBP) preferred within 12 months.
Must have no restrictions on Passport, VISA, or overall health for worldwide travel.
Must be willing work at the Flight Operations facility Monday through Friday and as needed weekends, night shifts, and holidays.
Must have high level of attention to detail.
Must be technically savvy capable of operating complex cabin systems.
Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated by start date unless medical or religious exceptions apply.
Must live within a reasonable, commutable driving distance from the Flight Operations in Sterling, Virginia.
