Known for its commitment to customer satisfaction, this company is expanding its footprint and seeking an experienced Service Manager to help support its increasing client base. Family and locally owned and operated since 2003.

Role Overview: The Bilingual HVAC Assistant will support the HVAC installation and service teams, assisting with various tasks in the field, the workshop, and on the job sites. This position requires a candidate who has completed HVAC school and is fluent in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will be flexible, reliable, and able to assist wherever needed, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the success of the HVAC team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Completed HVAC school and basic knowledge of HVAC systems and installations.

• Flexibility and willingness to help wherever needed, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from senior team members.
• A reliable work ethic and commitment to safety standards.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
