Job Description

We're hiring!

• Performs all outside grounds maintenance and light janitorial duties at the designated site.
• Physically walks and inspects the property and grounds daily and maintains proper cleanliness and curb appeal daily.
• Performs snow removal as needed: Operates equipment to perform landscaping duties, including snow removal, both shoveling and snow blowing.
• Maintains structural integrity of the buildings by performing exterior maintenance, such as painting and garbage removal.
• Demonstrates initiative and accountability in daily tasks.
• Takes pride in your craftsmenship!
• Works professionally and cooperatively with the team, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude at all times. 

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in building cleaning, grounds maintenance, and light repairs.
• Experience in property management is a plus!
• Must have reliable transportation, valid NYS driver's license, and ability to respond to on-call shifts as needed.
• Use of a personal cell phone required (reimbursement provided).
