Camp Bow Wow, Katy is a small business in Katy, TX. We are innovative, fast-paced, customer-centric and our goal is to provide a fun, safe and upscale environment for dogs to play, romp and receive lots of love and attention! We provide dog day Camp for clients wishing to drop their dogs off in the morning and pick them up in the evening, as well as overnight boarding for travelers. As an added convenience, we offer full service grooming!.

We're looking for a Front Desk Associate to work part-time/full-time on both weekdays and weekends. The ideal candidate has experience in customer-facing reception, answering phones, sales, pet grooming, animal care, and is capable of performing cleaning duties, as well as caring for our animals.

Responsibilities:

Understand and follow all safety regulations.
Provide exemplary customer service
Protect the health and safety of animals and customers alike.
Ensure all animals have ample space, food, and exercise.
Clean kennels, feed, and water animals.
Follow proper hygiene procedures when handling animals.
Exhibit a positive attitude and behavior around the animals.
Make and take phone calls
Provide and easy introduction for all new clients
Make sales of all relevant services

Qualifications

Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position
Experience with Point of Sale systems
Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
Time-management and organizational skills
A sales and service driven mindset
(Preferred) Experience in animal care and handling
Must love dogs!
