Construction is the 2nd largest industry in the world, but lacks automated feedback loops resulting in $3T of waste annually. Doxel AI brings computer vision to construction, enabling teams to deliver projects efficiently. Doxel\'s software is trusted by leading companies such as Shell Oil, Genentech, HCA Healthcare, Kaiser, Turner, and Layton.
You will be a foundational member of Doxel\'s Customer Success Team, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring customers gain the most value from the product.

Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with strategic customers\' key stakeholders to demonstrate the impact of Doxel\'s products and services
- Enable customers to utilize Doxel’s dataset to improve efficiency and decision making
- Curate media and educational content
- Be the first responder to Enterprise customer support requests
- Build relationships across customer teams to drive usage and maximize value
- Work as a trusted advisor to drive customer impact and success
- Drive adoption, expansion, cross-sell, upsell, and retention
- Act as a Doxel product expert during trainings
- Lead Business Reviews with executive stakeholders
- Document feature requests, validate bugs, and escalate technical needs
- Gather feedback and identify customer pain points
- Create best practices / FAQs for consistent support
- Escalate high-priority issues
- Foster widespread adoption of the Doxel platform

Requirements:

Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years in sales or customer success with a focus on expansions, cross-sells, upsells, and churn prevention at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Demonstrated portfolio/client management success
- Proficiency in modern tech stack for customer management/communication
- Proactive and self-motivated with positive and enthusiastic attitude
- High aptitude and willingness to continually learn new technologies
- Adaptable and able to work with minimal oversight
- Experience in dynamic, multi-faceted team environments
- Willingness to travel 50%+ to engage with clients
- Bonus: Experience in commercial construction (project engineer, manager, scheduler, superintendent, project controls), or knowledge of general contractor processes
