Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • Workday integration experience is a must as well as a focus on security.
  • Must be able to clearly explain their experience with specific projects and implementations.
  • Should have both consulting experience and hands-on capabilities.
  • As part of the transition, HR will be more focused on handling tickets / keeping things afloat.
  • Focus on HCM (Human Capital Management).
  • Responsibilities:
    • Assess current Workday setup.
    • Optimize and enhance functionality.
    • Support development and implementation of new features.
