We specialize in designing and crafting quality products to the customer’s exact specifications. Work Environment: Monday through Friday 6am – 2:30pm

Job Summary:
There is an immediate opening for a Quality Tester for Norwalk, IA. This position is to ultimately improve customer satisfaction through overall compliance to quality system by adhering to number programs, processes and procedures. These are in place to improve employee training, supplier quality, in-process production quality and finished product quality.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Material quality inspections
-Critical to Quality inspections
-In process inspections
-SOP audits
-Equipment qualification
-Test, as needed, on specific product
-Daily communication with the Quality Team.
-Other duties within the quality system assigned by the QA Manager
Requirements:
-Use of various measurement tools (tape measure, calipers, small power hand tools)
-Computer-use various programs
-Good oral and written communication skills
-Good interpersonal skills to work with multiple functions in a team environment
-Interpret product prints for dimensions, tolerances
-Ability to work with minimal direct supervision, MUST be a self-starter
-Ability to manage your own schedule with multiple priorities
-Able to perform arithmetic calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; working with fractions, decimals and percentages
-Good vision and color acuity
