We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in custom fabrication and welding , proficiency in reading a tape measure , and the ability to work with power tools and metalworking equipment . This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret blueprints, and experience in producing high-quality welded assemblies.
Perform custom metal fabrication and welding tasks according to project specifications.
Read and interpret tape measures, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise fabrication.
Operate power tools, grinders, saws, drills, and other metalworking equipment .
Set up welding machines and select appropriate materials based on job requirements.
Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on various metals, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure welds meet industry standards and project specifications.
Assemble and fit components using cutting, bending, and welding techniques .
Maintain a clean and organized work area , following all safety protocols and company procedures.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.
Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator in a manufacturing or custom fabrication setting.
Proficiency in reading and using a tape measure to make precise cuts and measurements.
Experience working with power tools, hand tools, and metal fabrication equipment .
Skilled in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding with the ability to work on various metals.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings .
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship .
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements .
