Job Description

Our client, an ecommerce company, is seeking a visionary Visual Design Manager to lead a team of creative professionals in producing high-quality visuals across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will work under the Creative Director, overseeing the development of videos, graphics, trade show booths, and other artistic assets that drive brand engagement and sales. This role requires strong leadership, innovative thinking, and a deep understanding of multi-channel design strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce compelling visual content.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and digital assets for B2B and D2C channels.
• Direct the design and production of eye-catching trade show booths and physical brand experiences.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing teams to align visuals with brand strategy and business goals.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery.
• Provide art direction for photoshoots, video production, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics across all digital and physical touchpoints.
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or visual branding, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital design, video production, and physical marketing assets.
• Experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of trade show design, print production, and digital marketing visuals.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into impactful visual storytelling.

Salary: $150K
