Position: Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients, visitors, and vendors virtually
  • Manage incoming calls and emails professionally
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Maintain and update calendars and agendas
  • Organize and file digital documents
  • Process and track invoice receipts for suppliers
  • Provide general company information to clients
  • Coordinate virtual meeting logistics

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Excellent writing and grammar skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized
