Job Title: User Experience (UX) Designer for Multi-User Applications

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly designs for multi-user applications.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for MUMAs, considering the complexity of multi-user access, role management, and data interaction.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and flow diagrams to effectively communicate design concepts and processes.
• Ensure the design of multi-user interfaces provides seamless navigation and clear, effective interactions for users with different roles and permissions.
• Design and advocate for responsive, accessible, and inclusive designs across a variety of devices and platforms.
• Work with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and deliver the desired user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with UX design trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the design process.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, performance metrics, and project requirements to continuously improve user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Experience designing user experiences for complex, multi-user systems (e.g., Multi-User Management Applications, ERP systems, collaborative platforms).
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools for creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Experience with designing user interfaces that cater to multiple user roles and access levels.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for designing inclusive user experiences.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing, with the skills to analyze results and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• A portfolio demonstrating your UX design skills, process, and experience in multi-user systems.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
