Position : Unity Game Developer

Working Schedule : 8a-5p CST

Salary Range :$5,000-$6,000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Unity Game Developer who is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing games and interactive experiences using the Unity engine. This includes writing code, creating game mechanics, optimizing performance, and collaborating with other team members to bring a game to life. They play a key role in translating design ideas into functional and engaging games. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Game Development:
    • Developing game functionality, and mechanics using C# scripting in Unity. 
  • Code Implementation:
    • Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented codes. 
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Ensuring games run smoothly on various platforms.
  • Collaboration:
    • Working closely with designers and developers to meet goals.
  • Troubleshooting:
    • Identify and resolve bugs. 
  • Testing:
    • Conducting unit tests to ensure stability. 
  • Staying Updated:
    • Keeping up-to-date with the latest Unity best practices. 

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years Unity experience with at least 2 shipped mobile F2P titles in live ops
  • Deep C# mastery (async/await, Burst-friendly code, SOLID architecture)
  • Expert at performance & memory profiling to hit 60-120 FPS on mid-tier devices
  • Proven integration of ad mediation providers: Applovin MAX / LevelPlay ads + IAP, with GDPR / ATT compliance
  • CI/CD wizardry (GitFlow, Unity Cloud Build, Fastlane scripts, per-branch Addressables)
  • Live-ops config/tooling fluency (PlayFab, Fi rebase Remote Config, event cadence tuning)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ML frameworks/integration, HUGE plus!
