About the Position:

As a virtual tutor, you'll have the chance to connect with students across the country and deliver personalized learning experiences. Your schedule is entirely up to you—whether you're looking for part-time flexibility or consistent hours, you'll have the freedom to design your own work-life balance. We offer opportunities to teach a variety of subjects based on your expertise and interests.

Responsibilities:

Provide virtual 1:1 or group instruction in special education and other subject areas.
Adapt lessons to meet the unique needs of students, including those with learning disabilities and requiring accommodations.
Foster an interactive and engaging learning environment, responding to students' questions and tailoring lessons accordingly.
Maintain effective communication with students and their families.
Continually assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods as needed.

Job Requirements:

Previous tutoring or teaching experience is highly preferred.
Experience working with special education students, accommodations, and learning disabilities is highly preferred.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
A passion for making learning fun and accessible, with a focus on student-centered instruction.
Ability to pass a background check if required.

This is a contract position with opportunities for continued virtual instruction and additional tutoring jobs. Tutors will receive job offers based on their experience, subjects offered, and availability.
