Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of each student.
Provide engaging and supportive virtual instruction, fostering a positive learning environment.
Collaborate closely with general education teachers to ensure a well-rounded approach to student development.
Monitor, assess, and report student progress regularly, ensuring continuous academic growth.
Communicate effectively with families and colleagues, building strong partnerships to support student success.
Facilitate virtual IEP meetings, ensuring all parties are aligned with students' goals and progress.
Create and adapt online learning resources to support students' diverse needs and enhance their virtual learning experience.

Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
Valid teaching license with Special Education endorsement.
At least 2 years of classroom teaching experience.
In-depth knowledge of special education regulations and best practices.
Proficiency with virtual instruction platforms and online teaching tools.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with students, families, and staff.

Preferred Skills:
Experience teaching in an online environment.
Expertise in using digital learning tools to support special education.
Knowledge of behavioral interventions and strategies.
A background in multi-categorical special education.

Salary: $ 52,000.00 68,000.00 Per Year
