Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and execution, showcasing farm-to-table cuisine.
• Maintain superior quality, consistency, and presentation of dishes for events and daily dining.
• Oversee food preparation and assist in managing the culinary team to ensure smooth operations.
• Step in for the Head Chef as needed while upholding high professional standards.
• Ensure the kitchen meets or exceeds sanitation scores and stays in compliance with local health regulations.
• Manage food inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance to keep the kitchen running at its best.
• Stay ahead in the culinary world by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining professional networks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of culinary experience in restaurants, catering, or hotels.
• Expertise in farm-to-table and nose-to-tail cooking techniques.
• A genuine passion for working with freshly grown food.
• Strong pastry experience is a plus.
