• Leadership & Management: Proven experience in leading large testing teams, managing performance, and resolving people-related challenges.
• Client Relationship Management: Strong stakeholder engagement skills to build trust and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Project & Program Management: Expertise in managing complex testing programs across multiple platforms and teams.
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Life Sciences, GxP Compliance, and Computer System Validation (CSV).
• Methodologies: Proficient in Agile, Enterprise Testing Strategy, and Test Center of Excellence (TCOE) frameworks.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary onsite liaison with customer, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.

• Drive regulatory compliance by leveraging GxP and CSV expertise, which is essential in the Life Sciences domain.
• Lead the implementation of TCOE concepts, including frameworks, themes, and platform strategies tailored to Client's needs.
• Manage cross-functional coordination, ensuring alignment across development, QA, and business teams.
• Address sensitive personnel issues and escalations with maturity and discretion, maintaining team morale and productivity.
