Job Description

Salary: 121,000 - 185,000 USD per year Requirements:

• I am seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree.
• You should have at least 10 years of experience in application development, with proven experience managing high-performing development teams.
• Experience with custom application software development and packaged software implementations is required.
• You should be knowledgeable in Waterfall and Agile Scrum development processes.

Responsibilities:

• As the Software Development Manager, I will manage and develop a team of Java software developers while fostering a high-performance team culture.
• I will provide technical direction and guidance to ensure the production of scalable, resilient software solutions.
• Collaboration with architects, product owners, and software engineers to implement new applications will be key to this role.
• I will oversee planning and execution for complex projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• It will be my responsibility to foster strong partnerships with business teams to align IT solutions with company goals.
