InstruTech is a Longmont, CO based company specializing in designing and manufacturing vacuum measurement and control instrumentation. We are part of the INFICON group, a Switzerland based worldwide leader in products for gas analysis, measurement, and control. We are hiring an experienced SMT Operator to help us keep growing. Key Responsibilities:

• Performs visual inspections of SMT assemblies.
• Interprets Assembly & Fabrication Prints for Surface Mount Department
• Oversees all processes and is responsible for analyzing data and reducing scrap levels.
• Provides Engineering support for the SMT Prototype and Production Lines.
• Creates Common Setups for the SMT jobs to reduce number of setups and teardowns.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Education : 2-5 years of experience as an SMT Operator.
• Experience : Good SMT Operator with 2-3 years of experience in production environment.
  • Pick & place machines preferred (MyData experience a plus).
  • Programming SMT machines a plus.
  • AOI experience would be a plus.
  • Working knowledge of assembling electronic products with good dexterity and able to follow work instructions
  • Ability to lift 30-40ILBS.

Additional Information

Salary : $20-$24 Per hour depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
