We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Small Business Underwriters. In this role, you'll play a vital part in our success by managing a portfolio of commercial trucking accounts. You'll assess risk, determine pricing, and cultivate strong relationships with agents and clients, all while working towards growth and profitability objectives. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with three days in the office and two days working remotely.
What You'll Do:
Directly influence the profitability and growth of our business.
Evaluate and price insurance policies, including endorsements.
Enjoy autonomy in managing your book of business in a fast-paced environment.
Build strong, trusted partnerships with agents and insureds.

What You'll Bring:
While prior experience in sales, relationship-building, or insurance is a plus, it's not required! We're willing to train the right person.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze risk.
