#1826 Originations Sr. System Administrator Job Description

The Originations Sr. System Administrator is responsible for managing company Originations System to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of system. This includes configuration of business processes and policies as well as the ongoing support of the system responsible to the users of the system as they experience and report process issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the assigned originations system and the configurable features that can be utilized to create, change, and support business process, partner integrations, communications to external and internal parties through the system, credit policies, pricing policies, system workflow capabilities and any other configurable item.
  • Guides internal departments on solutions to business problems within the assigned originations system.
  • Maintains clear and detailed documentation on business process flows and policy requirements that are configured within the system.
  • Assigns and mentors System Configuration Analysts for additional ongoing support or configuration.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to create, maintain, and support partner integrations.
  • Troubleshooting and providing technical support to internal employees and external partners.
  • Support project teams for the implementation or upgrade of business processes and policies within the assigned system.
  • Develops business processes that ensure developed application meets all project requirements.
  • Maintains confidentiality when accessing personal information of consumers, including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in auto finance industry as a System Administrator, or similar role.
  • High school diploma and or/GED.
  • Ability to create and maintain complex java formulas, API schemas, and implement into defi XLOS originations systems.
  • Understanding of API design, authentication (OAuth, API keys), and communication protocols ( WebSockets, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate level experience using MS Excel, MS-Access, MS Query, SQL queries, XML, Soap Interfaces, Visio and JAVA or similar process mapping software.
  • Basic understanding of fundamentals of system integrations and data exchange between software applications.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Preferred:
    • Bachelors degree in business/information technology from four-year College or University.
    • In the auto industry leading operational functions as it relates to Lending, Collections and Customer Service.
