Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us . **Senior Manager, Pharmacovigilance Science,** **Bristol-Myers Squibb Company** **,** **Madison** **, NJ** **.** Support Medical Safety Assessment Physician (MSAP) by leading signal detection activities for a product's emerging safety profile, including evaluation and documentation of signals when identified. Prepare and write safety sections of aggregate safety documents (Development Safety Update Reports and Periodic Benefit Risk Evaluation Reports) and ad hoc health authority requests (with oversight) and analyze data for the Reference Safety Information section of the Investigator's Brochure. Perform core surveillance activities and signal assessment according to the product stage of development. Ensure pharmacovigilance regulatory compliance with oversight, as needed. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $158,905/yr. - 197,590/yr. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** : Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Pharmacology, Pharmacy, or a related field and three (3) years of related experience in the Pharmacovigilance/Pharmaceutical Industry. Must have experience with/in the following: + Signal detection; + Understanding of medical concepts; + Knowledge of global safety health authority requirements; + Safety database; + Aggregate report authoring; and + Literature search and analysis. The skills, knowledge and/or experience do not need to be maintained over the full term of experience required. May work remotely 50% of time within normal commuting distance of Madison, NJ.
