Job Title : Senior HCM Functional Analyst

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for HCM systems, providing functional and technical support.
• Lead system configuration, testing, and deployment of HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Workforce Management.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other business units to identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for HCM applications.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Assist in data analysis, reporting, and integrations with other business applications.
• Stay up to date with the latest HCM technologies, trends, and compliance requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience as an HCM Functional Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of leading HCM software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, or PeopleSoft.
• Experience with system configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with integrations and reporting tools is a plus.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
