Job Summary

The E15 Senior Analyst will be the primary analytical partner for Compass’s Envision team, driving data-driven strategies to optimize beverage sales and streamline internal processes. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting procurement and transaction data. The Senior Analyst will develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations that enhance Compass's beverage sales. Additionally, they will automate manual processes by leveraging tools such as Power Automate.


This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term goals. Collaboration is a key component, as this role requires working closely with Compass’s Envision team and analytical peers at E15. E15. The Senior Analyst will present clear, data-backed insights and strategic recommendations to Envision, enabling data-driven decision-making.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze beverage data from multiple sources
  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track progress toward goals and report on beverage planogram compliance
  • Streamline and automate manual processes using tools like Power Automate, enhancing operational efficiency
  • Present findings, actionable insights, and data-driven recommendations to Envision leadership

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in business analytics, economics, finance, statistics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in an analytical or consulting role with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner
  • Intermediate or advanced data visualization and Power Automate skills
  • Great work ethic with a strong sense of urgency to support teammates and stakeholders
  • Able to pivot as their needs and priorities change
  • Acute attention to detail and track record of delivering pristine report
