We are currently seeking a Scrum Master to join our team in Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

Mandatory Skills: Agile tools (Azure DevOps preferred), Scrum master- Kanban, SAFE exposure

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coaching the team on Agile Way of Working and educating them in the practical benefits of agile/scrum.
• Planning and facilitation of all scrum ceremonies.
• Collaborating with PO in Backlog Refinement and Prioritization.
• Identifying roadblocks and helping the team in removing impediments.
• Empowering the team so that they can manage work and take necessary decisions.
• Monitoring and highlighting any risks which will obstruct the Sprint Goal.
• Ability to learn and understand the team pain areas and suggest alternatives.
• Handling multi-vendor team along with different time zones.
• Assisting the team in creating User stories and updating the required fields in ADO.
• Reporting the key Agile Metrics and working towards course of action.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, creativity and innovation
• Should be able to work during onsite (EST) time.
• Must Have        PSM/CSM Certified
• Hands on experience on Agile tools (Azure DevOps preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Working experience as a Scrum master
• Good to Have   Technical skills if required
• Kanban, SAFE exposure
