Role: SAP HCM Consultant 758700 SAP HCM (SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Integration Consultant) @Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Location: Remote Position, Consultants from PA , VA, MD, NJ,NY,or Nearby State's Preferred
*This position is primarily remote; however, this position will require reporting to the commission headquarters during key phases of the project

* 5+ years of SAP HCM experience and/or Success factors Onboarding 2.0 experience.
* 5+ Years of Success factors Integration Center experience related to Onboarding 2.0 or SAP HCM..
* A strong understanding of Employee Central Mini-Master, Onboarding 2.0 portlets, Onboarding 2.0 HRIS Elements.
* Experience working with Success factors APIs and integrating those using 3rd party integration systems like Informatica or SAP PO.
* Experience transferring Onboarding data to an external HRIS system (specifically SAP ECC) is a must have.
* Deep knowledge of Success factors Onboarding processes.
* Experience using integrations to send documents from Success factors to a document management system like OnBase.
* ServiceNow Experience in ITSM, Idea, Project, and Demand module.
* ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
* Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* The ability to communicate effectively with functional and technical team members.
* Success factors and/or SAP HCM certifications is a plus.
* Experience working with SAP PO is a plus.
* Experience with ABAP development is a plus.
