JOB TITLE: Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
+ Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to manage logistics operations.
+ Monitor inventory levels and assist in demand planning and replenishment.
+ Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
+ Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.
+ Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and supply chain processes.
+ Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and logistics software to manage data and reporting.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination.
+ Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international logistics.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience in electronics or manufacturing industries.
+ Familiarity with lean logistics or Six Sigma methodologies.
+ Bilingual in Japanese
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
