Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Remote Events Trip Coordinator to help clients plan travel related to conferences, group trips, corporate retreats, sports events, and celebrations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing logistics and crafting detailed travel itineraries that align with event goals and timelines.
This position offers remote work flexibility and access to industry tools to help you succeed in planning memorable event-based travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with clients to coordinate travel arrangements for events, including lodging, transportation, and activities
Research destination options, availability, and group accommodations to meet client needs
Manage reservations using booking platforms and vendor tools
Ensure accurate itinerary documentation and communication with clients and service providers
Monitor travel regulations and vendor policies that may impact bookings
Provide timely and professional client support before and during scheduled events
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience coordinating group travel or events is preferred
Proficient with digital tools, online booking systems, and document management
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once
Must be 18 years or older
Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
