We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for a Recruiter based in Highlands Ranch , CO . This will be a remote contract role, and will be primarily remote but may need to come onsite for All-Hands Meetings, trainings , etc.
Responsibilities
Manage the full cycle recruiting process including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, interview process management, maintaining candidate relationships, creating and extending offers, and closing candidates
Interface and partner with hiring managers on filling their recruiting needs
Participate in related programs and process improvement projects as needed.
Prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, changing work environment.
Basic Qualifications
1 to 2 years of recruiting experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Strong consultative, influential, and collaborative skill set
Results-oriented
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proven team player with excellent verbal, written communication/presentation, and interpersonal skills
Relentless drive to find and hire top talent
Proven ability to work with a team of cross-functional stakeholders
Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $ 47.33 to $50.00 per year . Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range is subject to change.
