Job Title: Project Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a multi-year federal platform modernization program . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional teams involved in application development, operations, cybersecurity, and compliance. This role requires strong leadership in project scheduling, Agile delivery, resource management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Lead and manage the overall execution of the client's system support contract.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with government stakeholders on all programmatic matters.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, risk/issue management, and communications.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure delivery is on schedule, within scope, and meets defined quality standards.
• Align program execution with federal IT lifecycle standards and compliance requirements.
• Promote collaboration across agency teams and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary IT projects for federal clients .
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Experience with federal IT lifecycle frameworks and governance processes.
• Proficiency in project scheduling, resource planning , and budget tracking.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is a plus.

• Familiarity with FedRAMP, FISMA, or other federal compliance frameworks.
• Background in digital modernization or cloud transformation initiatives.
