We’re looking for 500+ hour certified Pilates Instructors to join our team! You provide best-in-class Pilates reformer classes for upwards of 12+ students in the room. You are obsessed with contributing to students shaking, sweating, and sculpting their bodies to achieve their best selves. You are edgy, supportive, charismatic, committed, inspiring and kind. You are a proud representative of the NYP brand.
This role is available both as a part-time hourly and full-time hourly. This position will report to the Studio Manager, as well as coordinating with other members of the NYP executive Team. We are hiring across our NYC Region!
The interview process will include completing an application and call with our recruiter to review expectations of the role! Then, you’ll be invited to audition with NYP, submitting a 20 min video audition of you teaching a reformer pilates class, demonstrating your skills and experience while highlighting your personality; We can’t wait to meet you!

NYP Training
New York Pilates offers a two week onboarding program to train you on our signature method, Arms, Abs, Ass where you will build the confidence to instruct on our floor! With access to our digital learning platform, you will work in our top tier curriculum and with our supportive training team members across NYC and the Hamptons.
Not certified? You can complete your certification through NYP’s Instructor Training program! We strive to deliver the clearest structure that aligns the entire team to success. Based on tenure, experience and certifications, you could make $45-$118/hr. Medical & 401k available with company contribution for full time hourly employees.
