Job Description

Hospital Regional Sales Manager, Cardiovascular - Dallas, TX

The Regional Sales Manager will lead and develop a regional sales team while driving comprehensive regional performance through strategic account management, IDN-level engagement, and pipeline optimization. This role is responsible for both maintaining high-value existing accounts and strategically expanding market presence through new account acquisition.

Markets/Industries: Hospitals

Call Points: Cath Lab/EP, Pharmacy, Nursing, Hospital Admin.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive overall regional sales performance through strategic team leadership and pipeline management
  • Lead top-down sales initiatives at the IDN level to unlock new growth opportunities
  • Ensure consistent reordering and growth from established high-volume accounts
  • Implement proactive monitoring systems to identify and address potential sales challenges before they impact performance
  • Strategically allocate team resources to high-potential accounts for both maintenance and new business development
  • Increase new account conversion success rates through structured pipeline management
  • Reduce account churn by implementing comprehensive maintenance protocols across the field team
  • Lead and mentor a team of 4-10 sales representatives to optimize their performance and development
  • Develop and execute targeted strategies to unlock new accounts within regional IDN networks
  • Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of sales success in hospital-based products
  • Experience in managing and developing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of hospital systems and decision-making processes
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to travel up to 70% within assigned region

Compensation:

Base Salary: $155,000.00

Total Comp @ Plan: $215,000.00, Uncapped + Equity

Car Allowance: Yes (MOTUS)
