Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Developer

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and enhance PeopleSoft HCM applications using PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, Application Engine, SQR, and XML Publisher.
• Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging of PeopleSoft HCM issues to ensure seamless performance.
• Design and develop reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICE components) as per business requirements.
• Work with business analysts and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and support PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and fixes.
• Develop and support integrations using Integration Broker, Web Services, and other middleware tools.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and data privacy policies while handling HR and payroll-related data.

Qualifications :

• Experience developing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM applications.
• Strong experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, and Absence Management.
• Experience with SQL and database management using Oracle, SQL Server, or other relational databases.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Fluid UI and mobile-responsive design is a plus.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM image updates, and PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
