Part-Time Infant Nanny / Nurse or Former Nurse Welcome To Apply– Winchester, MA ($30-$35 per hour) A family in Winchester, MA is seeking a highly experienced part-time nanny to care for their newborn baby, expected in July. The nanny will provide attentive and nurturing care, focusing solely on the infant. This is a long-term position lasting 2-3 years until the child enters preschool.

 

Schedule & Responsibilities:

• Pay: $30 -$35 per hour
• Start Date: September, 1st 2025 ( Flexible For Right Person)
• Days: 3 days per week (flexible, except Thursdays)
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (flexible)
• Occasional weeknight date nights preferred
• Guaranteed 20 Hours
• Benefits: 1 Week Vacation/ PTO as needed

Responsibilities:

• Full care for the newborn, including:
• Feeding, diapering, and maintaining sleep routines
• Engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities
• Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
• Light housekeeping related to the baby (bottle washing, tidying play areas, baby laundry) If needed but focus is on Baby

Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive infant care experience required
• CPR certification and infant safety training required
• Fully vaccinated (COVID, Tdap, flu)
• Must be attentive and proactive, ensuring the baby’s needs are met
• Reliable transportation to and from the home
• Must be able to drive in case of an emergency
• Provide 3-5 professional references
• Must have US work authorization

Additional Perks & Considerations:

• Travel: Family has a Cape Cod home and prefers a nanny willing to travel with them during summer months
• Private guest house provided for the nanny during travel
• If the nanny chooses not to travel, they will still be paid for their scheduled hours

Household Environment:

• No pets
• Pool on property
• Parents work from home (Mom is in and out, Dad has a hybrid work schedule)
• Housekeeper will be present at times
