What You'll Do
Design and execute paid media campaigns to achieve various objectives, such as conversions, site traffic, engagement, video views, and follower growth.
Monitor, measure, and analyze campaign performance across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and communicate insights proactively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality execution and alignment with client objectives.
Continuously apply data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance and deliver exceptional results.

What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience managing paid media campaigns (agency or in-house).
Proficiency in platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Snapchat, CTV, OTT, and Programmatic buying.
Skilled in full-funnel buying, including Awareness and Direct Response objectives.
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset.

Compensation
We are committed to competitive and equitable compensation. The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually, with additional opportunities for bonuses and incentives. Final compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
