What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and review individual and small business tax returns using advanced software.
• Guide clients through the tax preparation process via phone, email, or video calls.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Provide superior customer service and resolve client concerns effectively.
• Assist clients with filing past-due taxes and getting back on track with their finances.
• Offer additional products and services to clients to enhance their tax filing experience.
• Keep accurate and organized records of client interactions and tax documents.

What You Bring:

• Completion of the TAXES BY QA Training Academy (required before starting).
• Strong attention to detail and a knack for organization.
• Basic tax knowledge (we’ll provide training for beginners!).
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn tax software quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-motivated attitude and ability to work independently.
