Occupational Therapist (OT)

At AnthroMed Education, we’re committed to making a positive impact in special education by connecting dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapists with school communities. We’re excited to announce a full-time OT position available ASAP through June 11th, 2025!

This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive school environment, providing essential services to students. While we’re gathering more details about the specific caseload and responsibilities, we welcome OTs who are ready to make a difference and contribute to student growth and success.

Position Details:

• Full-time : ASAP – June 11th, 2025
• Responsibilities : Expected to include assessments, individualized treatment plans, and collaboration with staff to support students’ motor skills and development
• Salary : $53,000-$75,000

• We offer salaries to full-time staff! 
• 30-35+ days of PTO which includes holidays. All school holidays are paid breaks for full-time AnthroMed staff.
• 1:1 support from our Clinical Director who offers caseload support 
• 100% reimbursement for IDFPR, and ISBE Licensure dues.

• AnthroMed Team Members who work 30+ hours per week are eligible for the full-time employee benefits offered by AnthroMed 
• Benefits begin the first of the month after the start date. Benefits offered include:

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois OT license 
• Experience working with elementary-aged students is a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
