• Nurse Practitioner opportunity - Rural, near Southern San Antonio. 
• $125,000 first year - negotiable
• $160,000 plus potential 
• Plus benefits package
• Some driving between a couple of clinic locations
• Need: Spanish Speaking NP or PA

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive healthcare. 
This role involves collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic testing.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions, providing patient education and counseling on disease prevention and health maintenance.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic procedures.
• Perform minor procedures as necessary within the scope of practice.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, specialists, and support services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR).
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical practice standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff and support personnel as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing (MSN/DNP) from an accredited program.
• Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Texas.
• Bilingual, need English/Spanish speaking.
