What You'll Do as a Team Member:
* Execute assigned tasks with precision and proficiency.
* Maintain open communication with team members and supervisors regarding task progress.
* Uphold our commitment to delivering top-quality products by embodying a proactive and "can-do" attitude.
* Interpret mechanical drawings and instructions to assemble various components, including cable and electronic assemblies.
* Utilize assembly tools and techniques effectively, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing refined assembly procedures.
Job Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in RF connector/cable assembly, unit, and chassis level assembly, cable dressing, electronics manufacturing, or wire soldering.
* Proficiency in working with hand tools and mechanical equipment.
* Ability to solder under a microscope with precision.
* Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
* Aptitude for following detailed instructions and meeting product requirements.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and MS Office tools.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proven track record of initiative and dedication to mission success.
Experience That Sets You Apart (But Not Required):
* Experience in metal fabrication, including manual or CNC mill operation, drill press, sheet metal brake, and more.
* Familiarity with SMT rework procedures.
* Previous leadership experience.
