Overview:Position Overview: The Spa at Flamingo seeks a skilled and experienced Massage Trainer to lead and enhance the training and development of our massage therapy team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism by educating staff on advanced massage techniques, anatomy, physiology, and industry best practices, along with protocol development for new menu of services as needed. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for teaching, a deep understanding of massage therapy, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.
