Responsibilities:

As a Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mobility and manufacturing companies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and contributing to challenging projects, offering strategic insights and creative solutions and ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Developing and implementing solution-oriented strategic concepts, tailoring consulting solutions to individual client needs.
  • Defining digital products and services, participating in the development of digitization strategies, new business models, and implementation plans.
  • Preparing, conducting, and documenting client meetings and workshops, ensuring the success of complex projects.
  • Analyzing and designing intricate processes, effectively visualizing and presenting them to clients at a management level.
  • Ability to analyze large sets of data to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborating on proposals and pitches, contributing your expertise to a highly experienced and motivated team.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing complex findings and recommendations in an understandable manner.
  • Conducting thorough market research to support strategic decisions as well as experience in market research methods and tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and to work on projects that may involve multiple departments or functions within an organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills. Should be able to identify complex issues, develop creative solutions, and drive change effectively.

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience with the Big 4 consulting firms is preferred.
  • Strong visualization skills using PowerPoint or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), and experience with Microsoft Visio or similar tools.
  • A deep interest in complex strategic issues, complemented by excellent analytical thinking skills.
  • A deep understanding of the automotive and manufacturing industry, including trends, challenges, and emerging technologies and able to demonstrate experience in this sector.
  • Automotive experience is a plus.
  • Proactivity and the ability to work independently, with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Percentage of required travel: up to 100%

Physical requirements:

  • This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.
