Job Description

Our client in Willoughby is searching for an experienced Injection Mold Operator - Finisher.

Are you a motivated and driven individual with experience in machine operation and Injection molding? We would love to hear from you! Our client offers a competitive salary and opportunities for growth!

PAY RATE -$16/hr plus $2.50/hr shift premium.
SHIFT - 2 nd shift

What you need to have:

Strong fine motor skills with ability to handle fragile parts
Use of precision handheld air grinder and measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Experience in a manufacturing environment

What you will do:

Finish and repair ceramic hardware product and airfoils using handheld and free standing equipment and tools
Visually inspect product and identify defects
Maintain required documentation and paperwork
Produce quality ceramic cores, meeting production goals and quality requirements
Know and follow all company safety rules and regulations
Excellent attendance & dependability a must

Willingness to cross-train in other company job functions is expected.
