Job Description

Connect Staffing seeks an entry-level  Legal Assistan t to support a dynamic law firm's defense litigation team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive legal support across insurance defense cases.

This is an onsite position located in the North Atlanta area. 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of administrative experience (legal office experience a plus, but not required)
• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and legal document formatting
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to a team of attorneys and paralegals
  
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files
• Assist with scheduling meetings, depositions, and court dates
• Format, proofread, and finalize legal correspondence and basic pleadings
• Prepare and organize exhibits, records, and other case materials
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and coordinate deliveries
