About Us:
Rivian is on a mission to keep the world adventurous forever. This goes for the emissions-free Electric Adventure Vehicles we build, and the curious, courageous souls we seek to attract.
As a company, we constantly challenge what’s possible, never simply accepting what has always been done. We reframe old problems, seek new solutions and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.
As a pivotal member of our team, the Service & Collision Learning Experience Designer will play a critical role in designing and developing innovative, impactful, and scalable learning solutions tailored to the needs of our rapidly growing Technical Service teams. This position requires a blend of instructional design expertise, user-centric learning principles, and a deep understanding of systems and technology integration. The ideal candidate will not only create engaging, high-quality learning experiences across multiple modalities (ILT, OLT, VILT) but also provide coaching and mentoring to others in the learning and development process.
In this role, the Learning Experience Designer will collaborate closely with key stakeholders from Service Engineering, Tooling, Documentation, and Systems teams to ensure that learning solutions align with both current and future organizational needs. You will serve as a thought leader in the design and deployment of learning experiences, while also guiding others in the application of best practices. Success in this position will require a strategic mindset, the ability to lead by example, and a commitment to continuously elevating the skill sets of both the Service teams and the learning development community
