Job Description

Description of the role: Pillar to Post- The Samuels Moltrup Team is GROWING! This is a full-time role based in Sarasota, Florida. We are Looking for Inspectors that want:

Responsibilities:

Perform detailed inspections of residential properties, including structural components, plumbing, electrical systems, and more.
Document findings accurately and clearly in inspection reports.
Communicate effectively with clients and real estate agents to explain inspection results.
Adhere to industry standards and company guidelines throughout the inspection process.

Requirements:

Strong Recommendation: FL Home Inspector Licensed (we can train the right individual if not licensed).
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and observational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Possess a valid driver's license

Benefits:
