What You'll Do:
Draft Legal Documents: Prepare legal documents for attorney review, including Substitution of Trustees, Notice of Sale, Foreclosure Deeds, and Acceleration letters.
Review Dockets and Records: Review dockets and public records for case progress and recordings.
Perform Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks on files to ensure accuracy before and after sale.
Communicate with Clients: Provide status updates to clients through various systems.
Handle Original Documents: Manage original documents, recordings, and court filings.
Cross Train and Assist: Assist in other departments to ensure continuity.
What We're Looking For:
Foreclosure Experience: 2+ years of experience in a non-judicial foreclosure role or similar position.
Legal Experience (Desired): Legal experience in the foreclosure field.
Title Knowledge (Preferred): Ability to review chain of title.
Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Team Player: Ability and willingness to assist other teams when needed.
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and be highly productive.
Technical Skills: PC proficiency, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Independent and Collaborative: Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to problem-solve independently.
Positive Attitude: Must have a positive attitude.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift, with overtime as needed.
