Postion Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Recruiter with expertise in the Health Insurance Industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier executive talent for leadership roles within the organization. This role requires deep industry knowledge, strategic networking abilities, and a proven track record in executive search and recruitment.
Requirements ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top executive talent within the health insurance sector.
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand executive hiring needs and establish talent acquisition strategies.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including networking, referrals, market research, and direct sourcing, to identify and engage high-caliber candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified executive-level professionals.
- Manage full life cycle recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, assessing, and negotiating offers.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience while promoting the company’s employer brand and values.
- Have extensive executive interviewing skills, conducting deep-dive interviews to assess leadership potential and cultural fit.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor intelligence, and best practices in executive search and health insurance recruitment.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to support succession planning and workforce strategy initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications - Executive search firm experience or corporate in-house executive recruiting background.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, payer-provider dynamics, sales, and industry trends.
- Strong network within the health insurance and managed care sectors.
Minimum Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of executive recruitment experience, preferably within the health insurance, healthcare industry or sales.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific roles, competencies, and regulatory considerations.
- Expertise in executive search methodologies, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
